Terms of sale
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern paid subscriptions sold by Sarox on sarox.fr, including access to creator programs and content (Brutus, Turbotiff, PR³). The Sarox mobile app otherwise remains free, with paid features depending on the subscription you buy.
2. Seller
Subscriptions are sold by Kevin Giordani, acting under the trade name Sarox. Contact: contact@sarox.fr.
3. Services
A subscription gives access, for its term, to the programs, content, and features of the chosen creator, through the Sarox mobile app. The offer details are those shown on the creator page at the time of purchase.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by Stripe. Payment is processed by Stripe. Sarox does not store your card numbers. Monthly and yearly plans, when offered, are confirmed before payment.
5. Purchase and access
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. An email is then sent to the address you provided to activate app access. You are responsible for that email address being correct.
6. Term, renewal, and cancellation
The subscription runs for a fixed term (month or year, depending on the offer) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the app (subscription management) or by writing to contact@sarox.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. No pro-rata refund is due for the current period, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Right of withdrawal
Digital content is supplied immediately after payment (app access). Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply when performance has begun with your agreement and you acknowledge losing that right. By paying, you request immediate access and accept that you lose the withdrawal right for this digital content.
8. Health and use
Sarox and creator programs are training tools, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing a program. You train at your own risk.
9. Liability
Sarox works to keep the service available. Interruptions can happen (maintenance, network, app stores). Sarox is not liable for indirect damages, or for injuries related to training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Intellectual property
The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of access. You do not acquire any right to copy, resell, or publicly share the programs and content.
11. Personal data
Data collected for the order and to provide the service is processed under the privacy policy.
Read the privacy policy12. Governing law and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a dispute, write to us first at contact@sarox.fr. Under the French Consumer Code, you may then use a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator's details will be provided on request. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
